A total of 25,54,814 have been declared passed out of a total of 26,10,317 students registered to appear in the class 12 examination. The board has recorded 97.88 pass percentage this year. The board exam result will not include a merit list as 2021 class 12.
Classes Not Held This Year:
UPMSP did not conduct the class 12 exam this year due to increase in KOVID-19 cases. A total of 26,10,317 students had registered for the class 12 board exams in the state.

About 30 lakh students had registered to appear for the 10th class examination of the UP Board this year.
Students Who Passed The UP Board Class 10:
UPMSP UP Board Class 10th Result 2021 has been declared and 29,22,055 students have been declared pass. This year’s pass percentage is 99.53 percent which is almost 16 percent more than last year’s 83.31 percent.
Last year, a total of 27,72,657 students appeared in the class 10 exam, while 23,09,803 passed. A total of 29,96,030 candidates were registered in UPMSP High School (Class 10) this year. The board has not released any merit list this year.
Registration and Demonstration:
A total of 16,76,917 boys and 13,19,116 girls were registered. Out of which 16,68,869 boys and 13,13,188 girls have been declared pass. The pass percentage of boys and girls is 99.52 percent and 99.55 percent respectively. Girls have outperformed boys this year.
The UP-Board examinations were to be held in May, but the examinations were postponed due to the clash of panchayat elections in the state. Later, after the Education Ministry announced the decision to cancel the board exam for class 10, UPMSP also decided to cancel the class 10 exam this year due to the KOVID-19 situation.

UP Board Has Activated a Portal:
UPMSP has also activated a portal for class 10 students to check their roll numbers. Roll card list has also been sent to all schools and candidates can also get roll number from their respective schools.
UP Gov. Announces New Formula:
Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the Uttar Pradesh government announced the new formula for the evaluation of class 10 students under the state board. For class 10, 50 per cent marks obtained in class 9 and 50 per cent marks obtained in class 10 pre-board will be considered.
An 11-member committee was formed to formulate the evaluation formula for class 10 students. The committee received 3,911 suggestions in this regard.
