A Three-day education summit, Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagra (ABSS) seeks to provide a platform for leading Indian higher educational institutions to discuss, deliberate and share insights on strategies, success stories and best practices in implementing the National Education Policy 2020.
All India Shiksha Samagam, a three-day education summit, will begin in Varanasi from today, July 7. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver the inaugural address today (07.07.2022).
This education summit will include session on Quality, Ranking and Recognition, Equal and inclusive education, Capacity building of teachers for quality education. According to the statement, the three-day education summit will include sessions on topics such as multidisciplinary and holistic education, skill development and employability, Indian knowledge system, internationalization of education, digital empowerment and online education, research, innovation and entrepreneurship.
The Ministry of Education said in a social media post- Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 3-day All India Shiksha Samagam being organized by the Education Minister of India in association with UGC India and BHU from 2:45 pm in Varanasi.
The statement said the summit will provide a forum for thought-provoking discussions that will clarify roadmaps and implementation strategies, promote knowledge exchange and build networks through interdisciplinary deliberations and front-end educational institutions. Discuss the challenges ahead and clarify the solutions.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Education and University Grants Commission (UGC) and Banaras Hindu University (BHU).

Apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will also attend the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam (ABSS) in Varanasi.
