The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) will today respond to concerns raised by some students and parents over the evaluation plans of both the boards prepared for evaluation in the Supreme Court of India. Class 12 students whose exams were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A vacation bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar and Dinesh Maheshwari had on Monday said that it will hear the response of CBSE and CISCE at 2 pm today.
On Tuesday, the bench had also directed to list all pending petitions questioning CBSE and CISCE’s decision to cancel class 12 board exams and their evaluation plans.
A group of students and parents have flagged their issues regarding CBSE and CISCE Class 12 evaluation formula and said that it is difficult to understand.
