National Testing Agency (NTA) which conducts the engineering entrance exam will announce the JEE Main result on the website.
To access the individual JEE Main result 2021 August session, candidates need to log in to the official website with their credentials. Once the result is declared, follow these steps to check the marks.
Tie-Breaking Method:
In JEE Main, if two or more candidates obtain the same JEE Main NTA scores, a tie-breaking method will be followed to break the deadlock in that order. Preference will be given to candidates with higher marks in Mathematics, followed by:
The questions were four-mark multiple-choice questions and numerical-based questions. For BE/BTech, JEE Main Paper 1 consisted of Physics and Chemistry, Mathematics and Paper 2 consisted of Mathematics, Drawing and Aptitude. Applicants of JEE Advanced Will also have to Upload Certain Documents:
JEE Advanced applicants will also have to upload certain documents in PDF format at the time of application. These documents include separate for JEE Main 2020, 2021 qualified candidates and JEE Main 2020 qualified but absent candidates.
Candidates who qualified for JEE Advanced 2020 but absent due to CORONA-19 or related reasons will be allowed to appear in JEE Advanced 2021 directly without appearing for JEE Main 2021.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advance 2021 online registration will start from today afternoon, September 13. JEE Advanced is conducted for admission to various undergraduate engineering, science and architecture courses in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). To be considered eligible for JEE Advanced, an applicant must be among the top 2.4-2.5 lakh successful JEE Main candidates. JEE Advanced application window will remain open till September 19 and for payment of application fee till September 20.
For JEE Main 2020 & JEE Main 2021 Qualified Candidates, Documents Required:
For foreign candidates appearing for JEE Advanced, and foreign candidates absent in JEE Advanced 2020, photo ID proof, class 12 standard-mark sheet, photograph, signature, age proof for birth certificate, citizenship certificate, testimonials (Optional) and a Gazette notification showing the change of name, will be required for students whose names are not the same as in their Class 10 standard or birth certificate.
