Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday advocated free education, world-class healthcare, and employment for all fundamental rights, saying it is not free but the duty of a responsible government. Hoisting the tricolor at the 500th high mast in the capital, Kejriwal lamented that many countries that got independence after India have left us behind.
