Amid displeasure over the difficult and lengthy papers of Mathematics and English in the Class 12 board exams of the Central Board of Secondary Education, Lok Sabha member Prema Chandran (Tuesday-December 7) raised the issue in the House and asked the Education Ministry to consider it and urged to do. A LIBERAL EVALUATION PROCESS FOR THE SAKE OF THE STUDENTS appearing for the exam. The CBSE Class 12 Maths and English papers were very tough and the questions were long and out of syllabus, – the MP said.

Depressed students after taking the paper

Raising the issue during Zero Hour, Kerala RSP leader said, – Class 12 Maths paper held on 6th December was difficult, lengthy and even out of syllabus. The students were disappointed after taking the paper. He also referred to the 12th English paper held on December 3, terming it “VERY DIFFICULT AND OUT OF SYLLABUS WHICH IS CREATING PANIC AMONG THE STUDENTS”.

He also urged the education ministry to consider a liberal evaluation process as the CBSE Class 12 marks decide the future of the students. CLASS 12 BOARD EXAMINATION RESULT ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR STUDENTS to pursue higher education. Hence, I urge the Ministry of Education to address the concern of the students and conduct a liberal evaluation process for both Maths and English papers.
Meanwhile, the MP referred to the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations and state board examinations as “VERY EASY”.

Class 12 Business Studies Paper

CBSE Class 12 Business Studies Paper Today, Exam Day Instructions during CORONA-19:
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 Business Studies paper will begin at 11:30 am today. It is mandatory for the students appearing for the examination to reach the examination centre at 11 am. It is mandatory to carry CBSE Term 1 admit card and follow the guidelines mentioned on the admit card. Students should keep face masks, hand sanitizers and follow social distancing as a precautionary measure against coronavirus.

Exam Paper & Duration & Details

CBSE Class 12 Business Studies paper will be of 90 minutes duration and will have 40 compulsory questions. As per the class 12 BST sample question paper available @cbseacademic.nic.in, the question paper will consist of three sections A, B and C. Section A and Section B will have 24 questions each and it is mandatory to attempt 20 questions from each section. Section C will have 12 questions and it will be mandatory to attempt 10 questions.

CBSE Exam Guidelines

CBSE Term 1 Exam Guidelines:

    • A) Board (CBSE) has banned the use of pencil for filling the OMR sheet, it will be considered as unfair practice and action will be taken accordingly.
    • B) Carry a black or blue ballpoint pen to fill in the correct answer on the OMR sheet.
    • C) Use face mask, hand sanitizer and follow the CORONA-19 guidelines mentioned on CBSE admit card.
    • D) Fill your name, subject name, code, exam centre, code etc on the OMR sheet. Refer TERM-1 Admit Card to check relevant information like exam code and exam centre code.
    • E) Do not carry any type of electronic device in the examination hall.

CBSE will share class 12 business studies answer key with schools after the exam is over. Students can refer to the answer key to match their answers.
