Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 10th 12th Result 2024-25 for Term 1 Exams Expected Soon. As per the information shared by the board ahead of the exam, the result is likely to be “RELEASED SOON”. Though no date has been announced by the board yet, sources have suggested that the result may be declared by January.
It may be noted that the board had shifted its evaluation policy midway during the CBSE TERM-1 Exam 2022, which was held during December. In a notice issued by the board, CBSE had informed the schools that the same day evaluation would be stopped with effect from December 16, 2021.

Once the marks are uploaded, the board will do moderation and correction in the result. The questions which were cancelled or corrected will be adjusted before uploading the final marks of the students.
With this move, the evaluation of at least 7 subjects (Major and Minor Subjects) was delayed and sent to the board for external scrutiny. With regard to timing, experts have suggested that the evaluation process will take a maximum of 5 to 7 days. Delay, if any, is expected on account of post-evaluation work.
This year the format has changed and the result for term 1 will be only a scorecard indicating how many marks the student has secured. There is no grading and the formats are to be modified accordingly. This requires technical intervention and compilation is likely to take a few more days, – shared a source close to the board.
As the exams are over, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to declare the CBSE Class 10, 12th Class 1 results in the next few days. CBSE will upload the class 10th and class 12th Class 1 results by the second week of January. Although for the release date, there is no official notification or update by the board. Sources have suggested that the work is almost complete and the results are likely to be out by January 15.
Students are advised to keep an eye on the authentic website cbse.gov.in. The information, once received, will also be provided on this page. It is also not clear whether the board results will be provided online or shared with the respective schools for further notification.
