The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting the Class 10 Science exam for class 10th today, December 2. The Science exam will be conducted from 11:30 AM onwards for the duration of one hour 30 minutes. The question paper format of CBSE Class 10 Term 1 exam will be multiple choice questions with no provision of negative marks. CBSE 10th exam will end on December 11.
It will be necessary for the students to carry the CBSE Term 1 Admit Card. CBSE is conducting board exams in OMR sheet for the first time in this academic session. Students have to darken the correct option using only black or blue point pen. Use of pencil is not allowed during the examination.
Paper Was Balanced, Question No. 40 in Social Science paper, Class 10 has the same options:
Students appearing for Social Science paper on the first day of CBSE Term 1 exam found the paper balanced. Actually, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had conducted the Social Science paper on Tuesday, November 30, the first day of the 10th major examination. Aspirants who appeared in the exam reviewed the paper as moderate and balanced with some questions found to be skewed.
The principal of Brain International School, S. Bahl said that aspirants who appeared in the exam reported that some questions were a bit sloppy, but overall it was a moderate paper. The principal said, – The paper was balanced. Question number 40 in the question paper had the same number of options.
There were some complicated questions:
S Gupta, a class 10 student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Masjid Moth, reviewed the paper in a balanced manner. According to the candidate, “The questions were quite easy. One who solved the NCERTs well can expect good marks. Another aspirant from Delhi Public School, S Aggarwal said, – The paper was quite easy. Some complicated questions but overall, it is a balanced paper.
P. Shaikh, Principal of Somaiya School said, – Social Science paper had a good mix of questions from all types of students. Students are happy with offline exam. They are comfortable taking exams in school. After this paper, students have confidence for the rest of the papers.”
The exam is being conducted for the first time in OMR sheet:
Candidates can use only black or blue point pen to darken the correct option. Candidates will appear for their “science paper” on 2nd December. The Home Science paper will be conducted on December 3, followed by Mathematics Standard and Mathematics Basic which will be conducted on December 4, as per the date sheet. CBSE Class 10th Term 1 exam will conclude on December 11.
