The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 12 Result 2021 will be released by the board this year on the basis of an objective criteria. CBSE had cancelled the 12th board exams on June 1 after the intervention of PM Narendra Modi. 1.When will the CBSE Class 12 Result 2021 will be released? When will the CBSE Class 12 Board Result 2021 declare?
As per the information shared by the board officials, the CBSE Class 12 Result 2021 is expected to be released before August 15, 2021. The date has not been confirmed and it largely depends on the acceptance of CBSE evaluation norms and the time taken by the schools to calculate the result.
2.What is the evaluation criteria for calculation/tabulation of class 12 result 2021?
CBSE will release the evaluation criteria for class 12 result 2021 on June 16 or June 17 at cbse.gov.in. According to the information, the 12-member panel of the board has considered the suggestions of teachers and experts to formulate the policy. Among the suggestions shared by most school principals was the 30:30:40 policy or 20:30:50 policy for class 10, 11 and 12 marks.
3.Will the marks of class 10, 11 be included in the CBSE class 12 evaluation policy?
There is no confirmation yet. Reports from various experts, academicians and school principals have shared that the panel is considering to include the marks obtained by the candidates in class 10 and 11. The panel has clearly also checked and compared class 10 marks. Whether they will be included in the final evaluation criteria is not clear. It will be confirmed only when the evaluation criteria are released.
4.Will CBSE release marksheet this year?
Yes. CBSE will issue the class 12th mark sheet as well as the passing certificate when the result is declared. Like previous years, CBSE will also upload class 12 marksheet 2021 as well as passing certificate on Digi-locker on the day of result.

No, CBSE will give marks for class 12 board exams as in previous years.
6. Will the cancellation of CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 affect admissions in universities?
No, Delhi University Vice Chancellor has clarified that the University will accept the marks criteria set by CBSE as sacred and will release the cut off accordingly. However, there is a possibility that this year CUCET – Central University Common Entrance Test may be conducted.
7. What if I am not happy with the CBSE class 12 result criteria?
Students who are not happy with the CBSE Class 12 Result 2021 calculated as per the declared evaluation criteria will be given an opportunity to rectify it. CBSE has said that it will conduct the board exams for class 12 students on a date when it is safe to do so. All the students who are unhappy with their result will then be able to appear in the examination.
8. What if I fail in one subject as per the evaluation criteria?
All the students who fail to obtain passing marks in any subject will be able to appear in that subject along with CBSE Compartment Exam 2021 which will be conducted after the declaration of result. The date and mode of compartment exam is not clear at the moment.
9. What if I had failed in any subject in class 11th?
Students will be evaluated on the basis of the final result. It is not yet clear whether the previous year results will be included or not. Clarity on the same will be available once CBSE releases the class 12 result evaluation criteria.
