About Class 9 Maths Exercise 10.1

More about Circle in Exercise 10.1
A Circle is defined as the collection of all points which are arranged in such a manner which are equi-distant from particular fixed point in the plain. In higher classes it is defined differently and you will come across Locus (Plural is Loci) but we shall confined to a simple definitions here.
The common examples observe in day today life. For example – A wheel, a clock, some of the coins etc. are all circular. In fact the planets have also circular shape. Just imagine what would have happed to our transport system had there been no wheels.
Questions of 9th Class Maths Exercise 10.1
The wheels are circular in nature because to gain speed we need circular wheels only. Further, circular wheels provide smoothness in running of the vehicle or we can say comfortably. Exercise 10.1 consist of only two questions. The first one is relating to fill in the blanks and second one is true and false type.
