You are Rajesh, the monitor of VI. Your class teacher informs you that a picnic to a riverside is to be organised. He asks you to write a notice informing the students. Write a notice, in not more than 45 words, including the following points as suggested by the teacher.

• the date and time to assemble in school.
• duration of the picnic.
• contribution per student.
• the date by which contribution is to be deposited and with whom.
• permission letter from parents.
• swimming not allowed.

If you want to join New Rock Picnic to Riverside on 17th August, deposit with undersigned by 14th August, ₹2000 plus parents’ permission letter. Assemble in school at 10 a.m.
